James stepped in at short notice to take over giving my son Ryan some lessons and for his driving test. James was very professional from the start, providing informationwith top tips and resources to help prepare for his test. Proof of booking and payment was sent to us as well as having great communication throughout. I thought this was so good as this was not the case with Ryan's previous Instructors that he had used in the past. James made my son feel at ease doing his lessons which gave Ryan the confidence to do his test and pass first time. I am so thankful to James, i do highly recommend.

After a few logistical issues with other instructors I came to James two weeks before my test. He was very reassuring and gave advice in a very confident and respectful manner. He clearly cared what I thought about everything and did not push me to do anything if it wasn't necessary. He took care in me not just being a driver who could pass a test, but one who is safe and assured behind the wheel. His calm demeanour and his manner of teaching completely changed my attitude towards driving from being very nervous and knowing that i wouldn't trust myself as a driver if I passed, to now being a very confident and safe driver who looks forward to solo driving.
